They came out to give an estimate for removing tank water heater and installing tankless electric water heater. David was very knowledgeable and helpful in answering my many questions. The estimate was detailed and explained perfectly. They showed up on time, did a perfect job and left the area perfectly clean. David explained to me how everything worked and again, answered all my questions. David and Josiah were friendly and even nice to my little dog, who barked at them until she realized they were "friends". David even gave her a treat! All you "dog people" know that is special. It would take days for the pilot light ignition to dry out and for me to be able to relight it so that we could have hot water again. AquraGuard to the rescue! Robbie came out, looked at my basement and was able to give me a schematic detailing exactly what I needed to have done to get my basement dry and safe. Robbie connected me with Cody, another person at AquaGuard. Cody explained to me that financing was available for anyone who needed it. What a blessing! I did get estimates from other companies, but AquaGuard came in with the highest recommendations and most reasonable price for the extent of work needed. Because my house was going on to the market for sale AquaGuard was able to expedite the project start date. Thank goodness! It took 3 full days for the project to be completed and I couldn't have asked for a better team! The men who came out were Raphael (Foreman) , Jared (Co-Foreman), Marcus, and Daniel. They were kind, professional, and courteous. They even allowed me to ask questions as the work progressed. They were kind enough to stop and teach me everything that they were doing. It did not seem to slow their work at all. Even the electrician, David, that AquaGuard sent out to install a designated outlet for the new sump pump was delightful. Today my basement is dry and it looks like a completely new area...because it is! I highly recommend AquaGuard to anyone who has any problems with basement flooding."

Due to other (larger) work obligations, Eddie wasn't able to keep the appointment. However, he sent his son, who was just as professional and personable! The job was completed without any issues. I was impressed (and grateful) that Eddie didn't put me on the back burner and reschedule because it was such a small job. This malady in my floor was preventing me from installing hardwood flooring so I am very happy it is done!

"The owner and two other helpers arrived on time for the appointment.  In the kitchen, they moved a small table and chairs and the refrigerator, in addition to cleaning the open areas.  The tile in the kitchen and one of my baths is quite old, but they looked great when the job was finished.  I had purchased an Angie's List deal for the cleaning and paid an additional $100.00 to have the grout sealed.  It took about and hour for the job to be completed and then I had to wait about an hour for the floors to completely dry.  I would use this company again and also recommend to friends and family."
