"After dealing with another company that never solved the issue, I called CFC and they immediately noticed the problem with the liner and smoke chamber. "To our relief, after the fireplace was inspected, all it needed was to be caulked and that took care of the draft. We thought that the gas logs needed replacing, but were told that they were fine. A good thing we had the dryer vent done - it was very full of lint."

"Very punctual. Found the problem quickly (tripped flame roll switch). Changed filter and checked all major safeties and controls and heat exchange for cracks. I bought the Annual Service Plan. If the flame roll out trips again I won't have to pay for the service and they will also service and inspect my A/C in spring. He also set the dampers correctly so all the heat wouldn't blow to the upstairs!"

"I wanted help with my gas lamp in my driveway. Nick Wells came out and answered every question I had. He worked with me and it ended up being a gas issue so the gas company had to come out to repair. He provided me the info and number and talked to dispatch for me. Great customer service."
