"To our relief, after the fireplace was inspected, all it needed was to be caulked and that took care of the draft. We thought that the gas logs needed replacing, but were told that they were fine. A good thing we had the dryer vent done - it was very full of lint."

"They did an excellent job for their service call on my rental unit. Cleaned the A/C system and repaired the thermostat. When the initial call was scheduled, it was difficult to get a straight understanding of their pricing. The work they did was great, and they even went beyond the intial service call by turning the gas off due to what appeared to be a potentially hazzardous situation with the flu. The downside was that they neglected to tell me of the issue in the Summer. I had paid the invoice over the phone, and they sent the bill to my rental unit. I didn't find out about the situation until my tenant contacted me. When they went back out to re-assess the situation, their solution for the repair was twice as much as the contractor I actually used. And the repair I ended up having done was to code and cost over half as much as the estimate."

"Sean with A Advance Chimney Services came out this afternoon to clean my chimney. He did a very nice job and a very clean job. Pointed out some problems I was not even aware of. He had the material in his van to make all the repairs on the same trip. Very happy with the work! It is a much safer fireplace now! Thanks Sean and the team at A Advanced Chimney Service!"
