"Our heat was not working.  I called Moncrief and then sent someone out the next day.  There was a charge for them to come out (I want to say it was around $80).  They determined the control switch board needed to be replaced.  They did not have the control board for my unit, so they had to order it.  They said it would take a couple days.  They called a couple days later and said they had the part and we scheduled an appointment for the next day.  They installed the part and the heat was working again.
A few weeks later I turned on the air conditioning because the house was very hot.  I heard a loud rumbling that sounded like thunder.  It was coming from the air conditioning unit.  When I turned the A/C off, the rumbling stopped.  I called Moncrief and told them of the problem and they scheduled someone to come look at it the same day.  The guy determined that that the control switch board had not been calibrated, so he calibrated it to our unit.  There was no charge for this.
Everyone I interacted with was very friendly and helpful.  All appointments were set up very quickly.  I plan to use Moncrief again.

She scheduled her team promptly, which I appreciated. Although the technicians were unable to resolve the issue during their visit, I am satisfied with the final outcome, as Denise addressed my concerns and provided a full refund. I did express concern regarding the technicians using my master bathroom, which was not an area of the home they needed to access. Denise acknowledged this as a lapse in professionalism and a breach of trust, and she handled the matter appropriately. Overall, while the service visit did not resolve the technical issue, I appreciate the professional way my concerns were ultimately addressed.n myself. After lighting the fireplace using the remote (the technicians had replaced the batteries), carbon buildup quickly reappeared on both the logs and the grate, indicating the issue had not been resolved. In addition, the technicians used both the half bathroom and the master bathroom without permission. Soot marks were left on doors, door frames, light switches, and nearby walls in both bathrooms, as well as on a closet door in the master bedroom. Access to the master bathroom was not authorized and was unrelated to the contracted service. I contacted Denise via text to report the unauthorized bathroom use, the soot damage, and the continued carbon buildup (texts available). Denise stated it would cost an additional $250 for the company to return to clean the burner and replace the glowing embers again, despite already charging $125 for new embers during the initial visit. She also indicated there was no clear timeframe for a return visit and suggested I clean the burner myself to avoid the additional charge. Since that conversation, I have attempted to contact Denise multiple times by phone and text without receiving any response. Based on my experience, the service did not resolve the original issue, resulted in additional cleanup and damage, and follow-up communication was poor."

"I had an issue start last night on 8/3/26, I was contacted this morning by the office by phone call and asked if I still need service. By 930 or so Aaron showed up. Aaron is very polite and answered any question I had about the job so I proceeded with them. To me it was a catastrophic issue that needed immediate attention. Aaron completed the job of my entire upstairs drains being clogged with a few hours. I see some reviews stating they are pricey and that could very well be since I did want to wait around for multiple quotes that could have taken an extra day I went with them since they were the most responsive.
