The team undertook several tasks, including comprehensive cleaning of the air ducts and dryer vent and replacing the fireplace starter and chimney cap. Cruz and his team was very professional and courteous. They did quality work. It is a family business with good, hard-working people. They drove in all the way to South Buckhead for my service call. They are also knowledgeable about duct work in general, in addition to the dryer vent cleaning / repair I asked them to install a firestop for the water heater which they did quickly and competently.

They were very transparent and everything was explained well. They protected my floor and my furnishings. The work was completed in a timely fashion. They repaired the wall around a gas fireplace that was discoloring from heat. The home builder had only surrounded the fireplace with heat resistant drywall that repeatedly cracked with heat. Cormont removed the drywall, installed heat resistant backing, and replaced the drywall with stone tiles. They even suggested a heat deflector that promotes forward dispersion of the heat rather than upward, where the discoloration had occurred.

We hired Cormont LLC to clean, inspect & add chimney caps to our two chimneys. I am not sure that there is a company that is more impressive. Cruz provided a detailed follow-up report after his initial visit that highlighted all points discussed along with photos to validate findings. Cruz & his team are true professionals and they worked together seamlessly to service our chimneys. We highly recommend them & if there was an option to rate them higher than 5 stars we would.

These guys were amazing! I was originally told that I had to rip my fireplace mantle off of the wall & it would take 4 daysâ ¦.not to mention $15,000 to $20,000! I have already recommended Cormont to a friend.  Cruz and his crew worked on my chimneys in 2022, so when I needed work done on some leaks around my windows, I called them for an estimate.  I'm glad I did.  They worked with my schedule, were on time each of the two days of the project.  They repaired the rot on the outside and replaced the siding; they reframed the windows on the inside and put on new molding.  They did exactly what they said they would do.  Quality of workmanship was excellent with attention to detail.  Cruz has excellent customer relations skills.  I enjoyed having him around for a couple of days.  He was willing to answer any of my questions.

WOW! Mr. Cruz and his were amazing. I would recommend hiring the Cormont company in a nanosecond. In fact, after completely rebuilding our chimney chute, Mr. Cruz rebuilt a 4X 8 ceiling area damaged by the leaking chimney. He and his crew were professional, courteous, and efficient throughout the work process. The repairs needed were extensive for the areas, especially the Chimney, and took only three days to complete. Mr. Cruz kept me informed throughout the process by texting and sending pics. The cleanup was superb! And the cost was 1/2 of what his competitors wanted. This Cormont team showed up on time and showed out, with a work ethic I haven't seen for an exceptionally long time. Mr. Cruz and his team were phenomenal! A water leak via a deteriorating chimney structure was causing damage to the interior and exterior of our home. I selected Cormont, LLC over several others b/c not only were they very competitively priced, but they were also extremely professional, courteous, and worked diligently. They arrived on time and cleaned up every bit of trash and debris. The entire chimney chute was rebuilt in three days. I also hired Mr. Cruz to repair our master bdrm ceiling damaged from a serious water leak. This Cormont crew wore shoe covers, covered furniture, and vacuumed not just the working area, but our stairs also. Wow! Although Mr. Cruz is the crew leader, he cleaned up as well.
