This was simply the best experience we have had with contractors in the thirty five years we have owned our home. Cruz and everyone of his crew worked meticulously and efficiently. Within one week they had defined the problem and solved it. We had had roof replaced and repaired three times in five years. We now have a beautiful new fireplace that works and the destroyed wallboard has been replaced and painted. Cannot express how thrilled we are with this company.

We have had to have several major repairs done on our house beginning with chimney repair for which we hired Cormont. Since then we have asked Cruze to bid on other repairs and found his prices acceptable given the quality of work. This company is outstanding! Cruze and his crew show up on time, work steadily and efficiently, get the job done in a timely manner, then clean up before they leave. The men are clean, well-groomed, polite and respectful. Each crew-member knows what needs to be done and when. Cruze communicates effectively and ensures that everything runs smoothly. If there is any reason for a follow-up call he responds in a timely manner. We are pleased with the quality of work provided by Cormont and will continue to use them when this old house needs major repairs.

To maintain cleanliness and professionalism, they used shoe covers in our home. The team undertook several tasks, including comprehensive cleaning of the air ducts and dryer vent and replacing the fireplace starter and chimney cap. Additionally, they refurbished the overall aesthetic of the fireplace through a thorough painting process. Their meticulous attention to detail and quality of craft were commendable. Cruz and his team was very professional and courteous. They did quality work. It is a family business with good, hard-working people. They drove in all the way to South Buckhead for my service call. They are also knowledgeable about duct work in general, in addition to the dryer vent cleaning / repair I asked them to install a firestop for the water heater which they did quickly and competently.

Cruz is the very best! The crew was respectful, knowledgeable, and patient. They were on time, did a great job cleaning up, and worked continuously until completion. Look no further. Water was coming through the fireplace during the last storm. He fixed it and guaranteed his work.

They were very transparent and everything was explained well. They protected my floor and my furnishings. The work was completed in a timely fashion. They repaired the wall around a gas fireplace that was discoloring from heat. The home builder had only surrounded the fireplace with heat resistant drywall that repeatedly cracked with heat. Cormont removed the drywall, installed heat resistant backing, and replaced the drywall with stone tiles. They even suggested a heat deflector that promotes forward dispersion of the heat rather than upward, where the discoloration had occurred.

We hired Cormont LLC to clean, inspect & add chimney caps to our two chimneys. I am not sure that there is a company that is more impressive. Cruz provided a detailed follow-up report after his initial visit that highlighted all points discussed along with photos to validate findings. Cruz & his team are true professionals and they worked together seamlessly to service our chimneys. We highly recommend them & if there was an option to rate them higher than 5 stars we would.
