"They did an excellent job for their service call on my rental unit. Cleaned the A/C system and repaired the thermostat. When the initial call was scheduled, it was difficult to get a straight understanding of their pricing. The work they did was great, and they even went beyond the intial service call by turning the gas off due to what appeared to be a potentially hazzardous situation with the flu. The downside was that they neglected to tell me of the issue in the Summer. I had paid the invoice over the phone, and they sent the bill to my rental unit. I didn't find out about the situation until my tenant contacted me. When they went back out to re-assess the situation, their solution for the repair was twice as much as the contractor I actually used. And the repair I ended up having done was to code and cost over half as much as the estimate."
