"To our relief, after the fireplace was inspected, all it needed was to be caulked and that took care of the draft. We thought that the gas logs needed replacing, but were told that they were fine. A good thing we had the dryer vent done - it was very full of lint."

"Very punctual. Found the problem quickly (tripped flame roll switch). Changed filter and checked all major safeties and controls and heat exchange for cracks. I bought the Annual Service Plan. If the flame roll out trips again I won't have to pay for the service and they will also service and inspect my A/C in spring. He also set the dampers correctly so all the heat wouldn't blow to the upstairs!"

"Sean with A Advance Chimney Services came out this afternoon to clean my chimney. He did a very nice job and a very clean job. Pointed out some problems I was not even aware of.
