The only reason I rated them a B is the install crew nicked a wire and did not disclose it which caused a system failure 3 days later. Estes was out the same day of system failure and fixed the problem wire and installed a complete new electrical box to the unit - which was totally above and beyond."

The first installer did not care enough to finish the project, leaving a poor job. Finally, the great Mr. Sean Garrett and Kevin Guzmán, (installers) did a spectacular, flawless job.
