Nhi was very professional and arrived early within the 4 hour time slot. He kept me informed of everything that he was doing and took the time to look into why my thermostat was acting differently than most thermostats but gave everything an all clear that everything was running like it should!

Our home AC unit was broken down and needed a replacement ASAP. Trend Mechanics was called and they came the next day to access the problem. The main coils were leaking and they couldn't be fixed. Within a day, Trend Mechanics looked for new Unit, bought it, installed, and filed extended warranty for up to 10 years with the manufacturer. Parts and labors were also guaranteed up to 1 year. We're happy with the price and the services performed at our home. We would use them again next time. Thanks.
