"Jeff told me the foundation settling was very minor for a house built in the 1970's.  No water problems in basement.  He did recommend I have the gutters replaced, with 6" gutters, and to make sure water is draining away from house.  Also, he asked me to contact him if the foundation settled more in the future.  He did not do any work other than give me a free evaluation.  Jeff was very professional and honest. I will definitely use his company if I have anymore foundation or drainage issues.

"It was incredible!!!! They showed up in the morning at 7:15 sharp with 4 well-equipped gentlemen and left 3 hours later with my two brand new York HVAC units completely installed, floors were left clean, everything was absolutely impressive! "We have used Houser Heating and Air for more than 16 years. The owner, Gary Houser, is a consummate professional and we have recommended him and his staff to many friends in the Atlanta area. Houser workmen replaced our furnace and air conditioning units several years ago, and the price was fair, the work was timely and well done - they even cleaned up before they left so you couldn't tell they had removed that 25 year old monster furnace from under our house.
