"Original Dalton crew installed shower and punched a hole in pan during installation. Would not replace, just patched hole. They closed and Marietta crew took over our area. When they saw the patched pan, they replaced with new pan."

"The Insallers Xavier and Joseph make a wonderful team. They were so polite and pleasant to work with. I'm getting a second bathtub replaced next Fri and have requested Xavier and Joseph for my 2nd Install. They were very careful and precise with their work. "Had a bathtub taken out and converted to walk in shower unit. The quality seems top notch and installer was great. Installation was over 2-3 days but this was due to a bad snow storm in the area with hazardous roads that caused traffic accidents. The installer went out of his way to do everything he could to expedite it while maintaining a quality install, which I feel he accomplished. Only part I did not like was the hard sell approach of the sales person. Be prepared. Fortunately I had done my research on this company and am comfortable in my decision. Time will tell how well it holds up, but the warranty looks like a good lifetime one. Would definitely use them again."
