Excellent, ON time and professional

I have had A-total plumbing out to my house twice now in the past 6 months. The first technician who came to my house was Nick. Nick was very misogynistic, and made multiple inappropriate comments about the quality of my home. Commenting on how my floors were not real hardwood (the job he did did not involve hardwood floors at all), and detailing a list of things I "should have done" before purchasing the home and gave me advice on what I should do next time. I am a young female and you just get the feeling unsolicited advice would not have been handed out to a male homeowner. Ok, so he does work for me and leaves. I call and tell them I want to keep using them but explain what happened and asked for a different technician next time. Ok, next time comes and a different technician arrives. Interestingly, I have the same issues with the new guy! Asked to speak to the landlord upon arrival although I am the homeowner and should have been listed as such. Tried to sell me a membership I had already purchased, and went around my home offering advice on things I should be fixing.... although I did not ask for said advice. When I commented he did not really seem to know what was going on (did not seem to have read my file) he blamed "the desk girls". You mean the women? That right there let me know what he thinks about women. He said" "the desk girls try their best but do not communicate well." Funny enough, the ONLY positive experiences I have had with this company are with the women who respond to my inquiries when I call. So, what should I do now? Call again and say I want another different technician? 3rd times the charm?

These are the biggest thief Ià ¢à  à  ve ever ever dealt with my life. They charge me $300 for a three dollar part and $1200 to come out and do the job until I said I was gonna have the legal department get on their thieves, t

Bailey and Dillon at A-Total Plumbing were very communicative throughout the process. Both were patient and knowledgeable in answering all of my questions. A-Total worked to move their schedule around to get me back in my home ASAP. A-Total beat the competition on our quote by 30%.

Eric was very professional and knew what he was doing. He explained what he was going to do, gave us price options, then clearly explained what he was doing, cleaned up afterwards, and completed just about when he said he would. I've used A-Total before and always a professional job.

Nick was absolutely amazing! Extremely professional, patient, detailed oriented and has a knack for explaining things is a digestible way! Thankful we had a chance to meet him!

They could improve professional skills by understanding the customer need, being transparent and bringing right tools after listening to customer so as to build trust. Customer service is very understanding and agreed to refund $200 by keeping remaining for the visit expenses.

The install was fine. Didnâ t like not being told about added services to the estimate. Would have liked to know what was all included upfront.

Brenden did such a great job! He was professional, quick, and efficient, too! He has such a nice disposition, and answered all our questions without hesitation. Of course, we wish plumbing was cheaper, but overall, it was well worth the money. We used to have to keep the water to the hoses turned off, because the leaks were so bad. Turning on the water to them meant having to go to the basement every time we watered the flowers or washed the car. Also we had to crouch down under the deck to turn on the hoses. Now, Brenden moved our faucet bib to a better location, and it is great! Thank you Brenden! Well done!

Stuart arrived at the designated time , assessed the problem. Told me what he was going to do and what it would cost to repair a bathroom toilet. He inspected the rest of the house plumbing and said no other problems found. He was a professional and easy to get along with. He was very clean in his work with no messes left behind. The bathroom looks and works good as new.
