Installation was over 2-3 days but this was due to a bad snow storm in the area with hazardous roads that caused traffic accidents. Only part I did not like was the hard sell approach of the sales person. Be prepared. Fortunately I had done my research on this company and am comfortable in my decision. Simon, who handled all of the bathroom renovation except for the flooring, painting and installing the glass for the shower, Eric who installed all of the flooring and Manny who did all of the painting were all a pleasure to work with. In it's place, with some annexed space from another room, Dennis and his team put a large walk-in shower, it is fully tiled using a Schluter base and includes new lighting and several shower head options from which to choose. When we finally decide to down-size, we will likely use PHI for any remodeling and always recommend them. The entire team was professional, skilled, friendly and honest. The depth of knowledge came in handy on more than one occasion because as often happens with remodels one finds surprises once opening up walls. They knew just what to do."
