Extremely conscientious, knowledgeable, clean, proactive, friendly and works very quickly. "I have fantastic things to say about Mello Plumbing. He had just had knee surgery so he couldn’t do it but he found someone he had worked with in the past. The man came on a Sunday afternoon and fixed everything so we could have water. I was completely floored about the price. The valve that controls water pressure between the road and my house broke so it was draining large amounts of water. He came out and fixed it and he didn’t gouge me at all. It was fair and reasonable, he was prompt and professional, and I can’t say enough good about him. I was really at the mercy of whoever I called up because that wasn’t something I could have done myself. I feel like I got a good one. He knew he had me over a barrel and he treated me the same way he would have if it wasn’t an emergency. I was not expecting the sort of treatment I received."
