Sure enough, Brian arrived about 10 minutes after 9, assessed the problem and gave me an estimate which was much less than I expected because of my previous experiences and certainly I gave him the go ahead. I scheduled a visit with them & Jerimey Jackson came by & did a leak detection. It was determined that I had multiple leads in my water line and he gave me all of my options & pricing. "I had called a different company, scheduled a pro to change the main spigot outside which was damaged & rusty. I made an appointment for 12pm-4pm and about 11pm the pro called and said he couldn't make it today & would I reschedule for Monday. I called his office and told the scheduler that he had called to try to reschedule & she offered to get another pro. I said "No, I will try another pro". I called Ragsdale and the pro came straight over, changed the pipe line from inside to outside, added a new spigot and was done in less than an hour.
