Atlanta Tankless and Water Heater LLC

Donny and Cody from Atlanta Tankless have completed a number of projects at our house. All of their work is done at the highest level, on time and on budget. I wouldn’t use any other plumbing shop, they are the best.

Donnie is the most honest vendor I have ever worked with. He services my home, my parents, my sisters home and i have recommended him to friends. His work has always been flawless. Whether replacing our old cast iron in our home or working on the water heater - Donnie is the best. Can?t recommend them enough.

Amazing service! Donald was accommodating to my schedule, very thorough with explaining the issue as well as the solution. Also, saved us money seeing the water heater was still under warranty! I felt like he really cared about fixing the issue, and making sure we were 100% satisfied! For once I didn't feel like a plumber was taking me for a bath with jobs and prices! Owner operated small business. Came out the very next day and assessed the problem and did some repair work to stop the leaking. Came out two days later and installed new tankless system. Looks great and works great. Stay away from the big companies with employees just trying to get the job done and move onto the next one! I would definitely recommend This company

When my water heater failed, I decided to replace the unit. I received quotes from severaI plumbing contractors and selected Atlanta Tankless and Water Heater. The owner, Donald Rogerson, assessed the situation and, unlike the other contractors, provided me with options for replacement of the water heater. He was intelligent, knowledgeable and courteous. On the day of installation, he completed the work in an efficient and professional manner. Donald is the ultimate professional!

There is nothing worse than having your hot water go out on a holiday weekend! I called several plumbers before I put in a call for help to Angieà  à ¢à  à  à  à  s List. I am so thankful Donald with Atlanta Tankless responded! He came out on a Sunday within just a couple of hours of our call. He looked at our existing tankless system and offered us a couple of options as to what avenue we could take depending on if we wanted to repair or replace. At no time was there ever any pressure to do one or the other. He simply laid out the choices. We ultimately decided to replace the system as it was older, we had issues with it before, and we didnà  à ¢à  à  à  à  t want to do a patch job only to have to repair later anyway. He was absolutely awesome. Professional, kind, and the fact that he was willing to come out on Memorial Day Sunday when other companies flat out refused makes him a star in our book. I would not hesitate to recommend!

Hot water heater burst late in evening. I called first thing the next morning and spoke directly with Donald. He said he would be here to repair/replace our hot water heater around noon. He got to our home around 11:40, checked water pressure and hot water heater to find the problem and determined the hot water heater did need to be replaced. He removed old hot water heater, installed the new one, re-worked a little of the plumbing and replaced the thermal expansion tank in 2 hours. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. I highly recommend Donald and will definitely use him again in the future for my plumbing needs!
