There was a new leak from my water heater. I was out of warranty and nervous. I contacted Thumbtack and was connected to George of American Rooter Services. He was amazing! He explain the issues and what needed to be done. The level of eduction and the ability to easily explain an issue I had no knowledge of made the experience more pleasurable than the worry I originally felt. Thank you George! I appreciate you!

George the plumber was very professional and explained what was needed to install the water heater which I appreciated. He told me what this job entailed and installed the water in a couple hours. I was very satisfied with the job. He also came before to my home and replaced my toilet and was very professional and efficient in the installation . Our upstairs toilet clogged this morning & the leak seeped through & we could see the leak on the ceiling downstairs. The meter container was significantly higher than the surrounding ground. They came back and fix it without hassle. Overall, they did a good job. I would definitely hire them again.

The job was to replace the pipe for the main water source. The cost is right, work crews are pleasant to work with, cleaned up properly after the job was done.

A pipe burst, and no one we called could see us for several days, even though we explained that our basement was flooding and that we were bailing as fast as we could to no avail. They came out immediately in a Sunday, were courteous and wore masks, fixed our problem right away. Would recommend!

Outstanding service. Very honest and dependable. Found where the clog was and because it was near the septic and he wasn't able to clear it he recommended a septic service. He didn't charge me even though he spent a good 2 hours at my house working the problem. Now that is great customer service!!!

Our main sewer line was clogged we called Georgia rooter services They came very quick cleared the blockage inspected with camera found tree roots and broken section of the pipe 6 feet deep, Very professional explained the process that needs to be done, Very reasonable price to compare with another plumbing companies.

Edin is very professional individual very honest! Georgia Rooter Services has done an amazing job and they are very organized and responsive!
