"Chuck promptly scheduled time for an estimate. Estimate was given the same day of the appointment. He suggested the windows could be repaired rather than replaced - while other companies had suggested replacing. This ended up saving us quite a bit of money. He quickly answered any questions we had concerning the estimate. Once contract was signed, work started the very next day. Workers arrived promptly and worked diligently to get the job done.
