"This house was vacant and the sewer backed up into it. Fulton Co. water and sewer, as well as others, couldn't find the sewer clean out due to clippings thrown over the fence from a neighbor. I called Blue Frog who setup an appointment at my convenience to get into town since I live out of state and they found the clean out within minutes! They also viewed the whole sewer line using a camera which showed no damage in the sewer line. The fix to prevent this from happening in the future was to install a back flow which they did after I had to go back home. They sent me a video of the work so I could see it completed and working.
