"I had trouble with the AC about a month after they did an annual service and replaced the capacitor. The system locked up and they came out and I watched as they pulled an obviously old, worn, and burnt, electrical part out next. They replaced that part for the cost of the part and waived the labor as it was so close to the last service. The system is old and they were finding parts that were reaching the end of their life and replacing rather than trying to sell me a whole new system but let me know they would be there if I decided I needed a new system. "Even though VERY PRICEY, this guys came out on time; they had all the proper equipment to get all the way to the middle of the air ducts from both sides; they removed a HUGE amount of debris after my air ducts were just CLEANED by AIR PRO a year ago; they removed, washed by hand, scraped with a brush, and dried outside all air vents covers - overall, they did an excellent job.  The only complaint that I had is that even though promised, they didn't do very good job cleaning up the debris from the floor, and I had to vacuum the whole house myself.
