Jerry came out the next day and called 30 minutes prior to arriving. He was gloved masked and had booties covering his shoes before entering my home. "I did a quote on Angie needing help with my newly installed HVAC system in my recently purchased home. Kevin was the first person to call me, I explained what was going on he asked a series of questions and eventually referred me to the installer of the system. Informing me there should be a minimum one year installers warranty, to figure out whom installed it and to get them back out as to not void my manufacture warranty by allowing someone else work on the system. I received and used information from my broker and the same day 4/24/26 called the original installer and they are coming today 4/28/26 to fix this brand new system. "Even though VERY PRICEY, this guys came out on time; they had all the proper equipment to get all the way to the middle of the air ducts from both sides; they removed a HUGE amount of debris after my air ducts were just CLEANED by AIR PRO a year ago; they removed, washed by hand, scraped with a brush, and dried outside all air vents covers - overall, they did an excellent job.  The only complaint that I had is that even though promised, they didn't do very good job cleaning up the debris from the floor, and I had to vacuum the whole house myself.
