"As a 1st time home owner I have been overwhelmed and aghast by the costs of home improvements, especially plumbing services! HOWEVER, AND MOST IMPORTANTLY, ALEXANDER HIPSLEY OF DRAIN MECHANICS showed up to my residence installed new plumbing in the addition AND gave me a GREAT DEAL with HONEST assessments to other small projects that might be needed in the future! I'm DEFINITELY calling Mr. Hipsley and drain mechanics again! With the money I saved Christmas will bring a hot tub installed by the BEST. thanks again Alex."

"With more than a dozen guests for the weekend, we stared in horror as the toilet gurgled, water rose in the bowl, and...it was horrible. We called Saturday morning and had a tech on site in hours. A huge amount of grease had clogged the outflow and the tank was filled to the brim requiring an immediate pump out. In the process, a baffle was found to have been crushed by a previous unnamed pumpout business. Our tech gave a clear and concise quote on what needed to be done and what could be delayed until after our guests were gone. Within hours we were happily flushing! It could not have been easier or less hassle. Highly recommend this company."

"We are extremely pleased with our shower installation. Our home was built in 1947 and the plumbing was horrible. Ocala Baths rerouted the plumbing and installed the new shower. Extremely professional installation, done in a timely manner. They kept the appointment times. We had no complaints at all. We would gladly refer this company for any projects. In these days and times we find very few companies we can give this high a recommendation for!"
