"I hired this firm to resurface my pool. The pool came out fine, but they made a total mess of my recently upgraded pavers around the pool. When we first were picking out colors for the resurfacing, I asked about protecting the pavers, and Bobby the salesman told me they put down plastic around the pool to prevent messes. They put nothing down and now my red pavers have blue plaster all over and between them, they even got the plaster on our new patio furniture. When confronted about this all they said was "sorry"...... Never Again!! Be warned."

"I hired this firm to resurface my pool. The pool came out fine, but they made a total mess of my recently upgraded pavers around the pool. When we first were picking out colors for the resurfacing, I asked about protecting the pavers, and Bobby the salesman told me they put down plastic around the pool to prevent messes. "I am not a happy customer. I'm not unhappy. I am an accommodated customer. I have four disappointments. I understand how a pool works, but this was my first remodel, and we were going big. Concrete swim-out bench in the shallow end, new tile, heater, new pump, new filter... I wanted a NEW pool. The first issue was the dedicated vacuum line. My pool has one, but it was abandoned. I wanted it fixed. I was told in the quote process that it may cost more to fix it, I said "let me know." The next I heard was at the end of the project when I asked about it and was told they found a leak and abandoned it. Legacy offered to rip up my new deck and address it if I wanted and I almost cried. They actually did have to rip up a small part of the deck to install a new skimmer because it was in the quote. I expressed concerns over drainage around my generator and A/C from the beginning and had to yell at them to get that done. I still have wood shims under the unmounted pump. *sigh*"
