"Called US Pool for a quotation to refinish our pool with Pebble Sheen. Marty came out to the house checked out the job and we had the quote over the weekend. Marty is really a good guy to deal with. Very accommodating and gladly answer your questions and concerns and is very experienced. He was out to the house many times during the process and came back 4 or 5 times after the job was done. The worker that did the Prep Job prior to the Pebble Sheen application did a great job. I didn't how good it was until the Pebble Pros team leader commented that it was a great job. Pebble Pros in Largo, FL was the applicator for the Pebble sheen finish. about 8 workers showed up for the application. In short form, it turned absolutely gorgeous. I would encourage anyone having a pool refinished or a new pool give US Pools a call."

"Do not do business with this company. Been waiting since July of 2020 to have my drain fixed that was broken upon install as well as grout fixed in our pool tile and a pool light that does not work. They Don’t return calls or emails. Very poor business model and definitely do not stand behind their work. They blame their vendors for taking over 7 months to make a repair, but the vendors they select to install items for their business is certainly a direct reflection of their business. They obviously hire companies that’s the cheapest and not the best quality. Just a 6 month update. Our pool Light is still not fixed, our floor drain is still not fixed, and the grout in our pool edging is still not fixed. All these issues were reported a year ago with constant follow ups and still no resolution. We will be hiring an attorney, getting the items fixed by a different company, and suing Tampa Bay Pools for reimbursement. All of our communication has been documented or recorded. It shouldn’t take over a year to get these things fixed, there are no excuses!!"

"OMG So very bad! So painful to deal with this company. It seems to me they fail in every aspect. From three years and still not finished to having to loan them tools and redo their work myself because the quality of workmanship has been so bad. Now, I, not them, found the pool filter is not connected to the bottom of the pool so the big built in pool cleaning system they charged me for just pushes the dirt and leaves around. I could go on for pages with more but let me say the important thing. RIVIERA POOLS HAS BEEN A NIGHTMARE FOR ME!!!"

Workers showed up unannounced no appointment was scheduled. My poi was left filthy , sand grout pieces of tile. Water was cloudy could not see the bottom . They said it was up to me to clean it up. The French drain was not installed properly. They told me it would cost a extra $775 to make it right. Salesman didn’t discuss options for French drain."

The safest pool fence depends on what you’re trying to protect against. If you’re concerned about children and pets, a fence with gaps between or under the material isn’t advisable, as they could get through it. Mesh fences tend to reach the height requirements needed for pool fence safety, although they are not the most durable. Solid fence types, such as wood, concrete, or stone have the best chance of protecting the surface area around a pool, so long as they are high enough to discourage anything, or anyone, from climbing over them.
