Very bad experience. Waited 3 months before job to be started No phone communication. My calls went to voicemail. 8 pallets of pavers sat in my driveway for 1 month. Workers showed up unannounced no appointment was scheduled. My poi was left filthy , sand grout pieces of tile. Water was cloudy could not see the bottom . They said it was up to me to clean it up. The French drain was not installed properly. They told me it would cost a extra $775 to make it right. Salesman didn’t discuss options for French drain.

It was wonderful. The whole process from start to finish was done by one guy, in one week. Very reasonable pricing. Highly recommend them.

It did take 2 months to complete the project but the work was very good. They didn't clean up as well as I would like. The work looks great and everyone compliments me when they see it.

The finished product is good but we were put off about three or four weeks the original date that we were told that they were going to come and start and there was no definitive date.

We had planned to use this company to also resurface our pool and do pavers in the backyard but after the service we received, we will never use them again. The owner could care less and never returned my calls and the sales guy that sold me on the front yard, was just as bad. The job looks very "half-a**". The yard was left looking like a disaster too...

We had our 10,000 swimming pool re-lined with fiberglass coating in 2005 by Aquatic Surfaces, Inc.  In May 2013, we noticed a 2" hole in the fiberglass, and a month later, a large crack appeared in the center of the pool.  We called Aquatic Surfaces and discovered that the company had been purchased by Fiber Tech, Inc.  The gang at Fibre Tech took good care of us from start to finish.  From Myra's prompt return call and onsite estimate scheduling, to Scott's multiple visits to examine the damage, to Mike & Mike's thorough workmanship, it quickly became clear that this was a company we could trust.  Instead of merely repairing the hole and crack, we opted to completely strip and re-line the entire pool because Fibre Tech's written estimate was much more reasonable than we'd expected.  Not only were they able to start our job a week earlier than scheduled (as we'd hoped), they went above and beyond by replacing our original marker tiles (on stairs and bench) with ones that look SO much better (and added more of them) at NO additional cost.  They also did a great job cleaning up and even helped us begin refilling the pool (and took the time to help me track down and read my water meter).  The project took four days (from about 9-10am to 2-3pm each day).  Thanks to Fibre Tech, our 16-year old pool now looks brand-spanking new -- at a price that was 20% less than we paid eight years ago (and has a lifetime warranty on materials, one-year warranty on labor).  This company CARES about their customers.  Cannot recommend highly enough.

It took a month for then to do the repair work which seemed a tad long, however the company did explain that they were very busy and it would thake 2 to 4 weeks for them to make the repairs.   This was not a large problem as the pool was only stained and not leaking.  Once they did make the appointment to do the repairs they arrived on time completed the work on time and in a professional manner. all promisedservices were done and the quoted price was paid.   I would definitely reccomend this company and their product.

The crew foreman explained the process from start to finish. He did warn us that the grinding would make  a lot of dust, but the crew was very diligent in cleaning up after each day's work. They showed up everyday and put in a full days work. The plumbing job was very neat. The tile work and travertine looks great. Best of all the pool looks like a million bucks.

Overall it went very well. Our only complaint has to do with the start time. Was told the work would begin Sept 21 or 22. No one showed and no one called. When I called, receptionist apologized and said they were behind schedule and the work should start next week. Workers arrived 9/28. They were very courteous and worked steady all day and returned promptly the next morning. Work was finished late that afternoon but prior to leaving they cleaned the area. Except for the delay in starting the project, we were very pleased with the service provided by Fibre Tech

I was totally unhappy with them. I would advise people not to use this company. Their warranty is a myth.

I actually needed a light fixed after the fact and they never came back to repair it even though they said they would be sending someone out in two to three days. The services they did perform were very satisfactory. I like the kind of work they did, but I didn't like their responsiveness, as they were slow to respond to your needs.

On March 9th, Fibre Tech wrote to us to say they had inspected our pool and determined that the repair/warranty cost would be $650. They visually observed 2 large areas at the deep end floor of the pool that had peeled. On March 15th I returned their work authorization along with my check for $150, which they promptly cashed. Since that time I have telephoned Fibre Tech on numerous occasions to learn when the promised work would begin. Much to my delight, Fibre Tech finally appeared on May 21st at which time they drained the pool. When I returned from work that night (a Friday), I found a note on my front door notifying me that there were ?problems? and the worker would have to contact his boss before proceeding. Since that Friday, I have telephoned Fibre Tech on four separate occasions and have not received the courtesy of a return telephone call until the evening of May 26th when I returned home (after leaving my cell phone with their office for easier communication) and found a recording notifying me that their ?superiors? had decided that ?because of chemical abuse? the cost of repair would now be $2600+. This pool has been continuously maintained by reputable pool service companies in Pinellas County since the installation of the Fibre Tech product. What the ?chemical abuse? they are referring to could be, I have no idea. The product was originally purchased in good faith. The pool was maintained by reputable companies, also in good faith. Fibre Tech performed the initial repair inspection. Fibre Tech accepted our $150 deposit and signed work order. Fibre Tech drained our pool. Now we are left with a waterless pool and no way to substantiate their claim of ?chemical abuse?. We sincerely believe Fibre Tech has abused our trust not to mention our water bill and environmental abuse charges which will result from refilling the pool. We believe Fibre Tech should stand behind its warranty for 25 years as originally promised.

I was surprised that I had to pay because I thought it was under a warranty. It was not. I had to pay for the transportation and the application of the product. The office and the sales team were very professional, but the technician was not as professional.

They did a really awesome job. They came when they said they were going to and did what they said they would do. They finished when they said they would be. I would recommend them and use them again. The price was fair and worth it.

They did an excellent job. They were pleasant and they answered all my questions. They were nice and I would use them again if I needed to. They resurfaced the fiberglass, so then they made sure the pool would not pop out and checked everything.

It went great. The contractor was very good. The responsiveness was slow. The office staff misquoted me the price. I was thinking they went over the estimate, the balance they gave me was more than what was quoted. I was quoted the wrong price, Mr. Synder was on that right away and refunded me the money back. He took care of things right away.

I was very satisfied with the whole job. They were prompt to arrive, worked full days and even came in on one Sat. and Sun. The same applied to the contractor who did the deck. They broke a cover off from one electrical outlet and promise to come out and fix that.

Overall it was a very good experience. All work was done in a timely and efficient manner. Both the office staff, the estimator, and the people who did the actual work were of the highest quality. I could not be happier!

The entire job took approximately 9 calendar days which was a few days longer than originally quoted. I can't really fault them for that since the supervisor of the job was called away for a few days due to the arrival of his new baby. Congratulations! The workers were very courteous and they kept the noise to minimum as I requested due to the hospice care for my wife at the home during the work effort. The work crew spent a considerable amount of time resurfacing the pool and they were very professional in their work.

When they reordered the coping, I made sure to tell them to order the same type of coating. When they came back out to install it, the coping was not what I had picked out. I called the coping company and they said they had not changed their coping, which means Aquatic surfaces just brought their own coping. They used extra grout to smooth out the rough spots in the coping. The coping was over lapping in some places. They have once again said they will redo the coping but they have not come back out. They are not responsive to my phone calls and they have yet to come out. They need to either finish the work or give me a refund and pay for someone else to remove the coping they installed incorrectly.

Well come the morning of the appointment, I get a call 20 minutes before the sales rep (John) is supposed to be at my house, telling me he can't make it, he has another appointment. Little do they know I was already sold on the product, as I've seen it, learned about it, etc.. I had CASH money waiting and was ready to give the deposit to get going on the project for getting my pool resurfaced. The first impression of this company is absolutely horrible. So I called the office and asked if I could see another representative, because calling me 20 minuets before the appointment thats been set for two days is grounds to lose the sale for that sales rep. The nasty secretary tells me that they have only one salesman for residential services. I said "how do you stay in business?" She replies in a nasty voice, "well we've been in business 20 years, we must be doing something right". This is customer service? What a joke! This company is now on my crap list. CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!
