"Workers were on time, installed the Pool Heater and timer in a short amount of time. Had the heater running overnight to get the pool water warmed up. Water was heated from 3pm to 10pm...water temp went from 71F to 80F and from 10pm to to 8am. Pool temp went from 80F to 91F. I'm happy with the job they did and with Heat Pump!"

Our designer, Emily, really listened to not only the vision we had for a pool but also for our whole backyard. Her design truly captured our entire vision. Their transparency with their pricing was also impressive. Other pool companies didn’t provide a line-item price of each product used in building the pool. The honest pricing was refreshing to see. It was also amazing to go to the design studio and see all the options that were available within the price quoted. With other companies they would’ve been an upgrade. Reid was our Construction Manager. He was great to work with. Always available for questions, consistent communication, and always on site. The office personnel (Molly, Elicia and Cathy) were always polite, accommodating, upbeat and available for any questions I had. Justin and Mike serviced the pool once it was up and running. Justin was so patient with us. We had so many questions and took so many notes. Justin was available anytime we had a question about taking care of the pool. He was extremely knowledgeable. The owner, Eric, checked in on a regular basis just to see how everything was going and to see if I had any questions, concerns or issues. He’s very personable. Every professional that came out to do their part were excellent and perfectionist. You could tell they took pride in the job they were doing and made sure it was done right the first time. I will be honest; they were not the cheapest, but we felt as though it was money well spent without a doubt! They are the best at what they do, and they built a high-quality product. This includes the experts they hire, their customer service, communication, how they present the project to the customer, their honesty, their knowledge, quality products, their expertise and the overall great disposition of everyone at Larsen’s Pool and Spa. I even got to meet Eric’s dad, he’s so funny and nice! This is truly a family operation that takes pride in their craft, and it shows. The building of our pool went very fast. I was so shocked! With all that said we broke ground on May 3, 2025, and they started filling the pool on July 1, 2025! On July 4th we officially broke it in! From Pete and David the co Owners to Kayla who went above and beyond in during a very difficult time while we were out of the Country during Construction and my wife suffering a Heart attack. She made sure lines of communication stayed open. Dave our Project Mgr has been on pt at ever sequence of tge project. Tbe end result has been beyond our Expectations A pool .. deck design that has gone past our expectations. And Dakota has gone above and beyond in opening our pool. As with every large project there are some little Hiccups .. PCS has assured us they will be Addressed we have every Confidence. "Started project on Friday the 12th of Sept they did the dig and assembled the pool ask to fill pool has not been back since. Asked when he would return to complete the job was told that he has no transportation. Of course I paid him in full. He needs to work for a company not a very good business person has no business acct to take and receive checks had to pay his helper thru zelle and venmo enrolled as Slutty Stixx LLc. Did nice work for what he did but pool is still unable to use pool looks like I have to hire someone else to finsh the job. "

"Had the tile replaced by Ronny Snows Pool Patrol in October 2025. Initial request was to have some tiles on the waterfall that had fallen off repaired. After several quotes from different providers we went with Ronny. We were impressed with Ronny’s knowledge and the amount of time he spent with us detailing the process and helping us to select new tiles as all the tiles around the pool needed replaced. Work started approximately one week from the signing of the contract and took about 6 days from start to finish. Helio and Billy did and outstanding job and were extremely polite and professional even providing my husband with tips to maintain the pool . Will gladly recommend this company and will use them in the future if needed. "
