AARON'S ELITE POOL SVC LLC

What was supposed to take a week took almost 3 months. Customer service was terrible and getting Aaron to return calls was like pulling teeth. The pool was damaged because it was empty so long and the whole thing was just a disaster..

I had a warranty claim with manufacturer for my salt generator. They came out instantly, replaced unit, and followed up with me to make sure I was satisfied.

Our six sided turbo port gears needed to be replaced since our bottom jets were not cycling properly. The repairs made by Aaron's did not fix the issue of cycling, instead made the cycling issues worse. My husband spoke with Aaron and Aaron told my husband that the system was working properly, my husband told Aaron that this was not true. So we called the manufacture, manufacture sent out their Rep. Their Rep verified that the system was not working properly and when he opened the 6 sided turbo port he found a broken T-VALVE. The Manufacture Rep fixed the T-VALVE and now the bottom jets are cycling properly. Called Aaron to tell him that he was incorrect on operation of 6 sided turbo port and also complain about an on going issue with their front desk returning phone calls and was blown off.

They were wonderful. They were punctual and got it done that day. They were cheap, but the part was expensive. The tech was very professional and very nice.

Aaron?s Elite employees did a great job.  The pool looks like it did when it was new, if not better.  They finished the job on time with
outstanding workmanship.  When we found and confirmed that darn leak, we knew the budget had to be increased.  It was much less expensive to fix the leak while the water was out of the pool, so in the end we did save money.  The grout was removed and replaced on budget.
