This is a great company. I call on Flavio, and although I know he is busy, he always comes through for me!! The guy that comes weekly is very polite and helpful as well. We had an issue with our filter and Flavio gave me good advice regarding the so,Union. I am glad his company is growing but still has the family owned values.

Flavio and his Team have done a great job getting my system working properly and keeping my newly resurfaced pool looking like new. It took a couple of phone calls. They did not understand how to turn off the new pool equipment. I spoke with owner about the new pump. The tech that showed up did not understand the new equipment and was turn off the pump to service it at the wrong location. Messed up the timer. Ok now.

After previously having some less than stellar pool service and looking for a change, I found out about FL Pool Services from Angie's List. Flavio (the owner) came out, explained his service, and I was so impressed I hired him on the spot. Fast forward to today, now almost 2 years later, I have to say I am completely satisfied with hiring this company (but shame on me for not writing a review sooner). The weekly service is timely and thorough, and when a technical issue arises (motor breaks, etc.) Flavio takes care of the repair work in an efficient and trustworthy manner. All in all, a good guy and a good company. I would recommend.

Tried to add additional fees after the hurricane. My pool pump had multiple leaks and I was never told. At one point asked the pool tech person, is my solar working? Do you know the avg temp with solar? The response was let me ask my boss and I'll get back to you. It wasn't working either. The repair company said over and over again, "why didn't your pool service tell you about these leaks?" "Do you have a pool service?" Very disappointed!

"Dear customer; Yes, we did add a fee of $25 after hurricane Irma passed through Tampa, FL, since there was accumulation of debris in all pools (some more than others). We only had two customers who complained about the fee. We offered to remove the fee, however, I believe at this point you were already unhappy with us, which is why you responded by saying: I will report you to BBB. We do admit to noticing the problem with the pump, however, at that specific point and time we were going through a very tough time since two employees quit at the same time and Flavio (owner) was working almost 16 hours per day. However, we should have called or recommended someone who could have taken care of that problem for you. We learn from our mistakes. About the solar system, unfortunately we do not work with solar panels. That chemical in the photo is not "chemical build up," it is called stabilizer or cyanuric acid. It helps maintain chemicals balance in the pool. This powder is placed in the skimmer and it dissolves in the water in a couple of days. Looking at this picture I am sure the chemical was dumped out right after we serviced the pool. As for the communication between my husband and I, our customers love that we are always polite and always have each others back. FL Pool Services"

Within one week (two visits), Flavio had my pool chemistry balanced and the water sparkling blue again without draining it. He's been great about explaining the steps he's taken to remedy the situation, and I couldn't be more pleased with the results. I've already signed up with him for regular maintenance.

Flavio came to the house and gave us an estimate on the repair of the pool equipment and cleaned the pool We had a service prior to him that was terrible. He cam in and brought everything into working order and the pool looks great. We are extremely happy with his work and highly recommend him.

FL Pool Services was hired using a 3 month pool service special. They have kept our pool crystal clean; after the 3 months, we retained them at a fair price to continue with service. The pool remains crystal clear. The pool is serviced weekly and remains crystal clear. A contract was not necessary and they are paid monthly. We have found them to be very reliable, responsive, professional and polite. We would certainly recommend FL Pool Services to a prospective client.

It went great. I called the office and Flavio wife runs the office and she right away put me on the schedule that suited me. Extremely professional and bilingual they did a great job cleaning my pool and was extremely helpful with everything from the moment he arrived till the moment he left. I finally found the pool service I've been looking for. Do yourselves a favor call Flavio at the pool service, can't go wrong. Heck he even marked my valves which he didn't have to. That's the kind of people they are. Great service. 5 stars. If it were a 10 star rating that's exactly what I would of given them.

Everything went great. The filter was about 16 years old and we broke off the handle by accident so Flavio recommended replacing, but with no pressure. Lots of helpful advice. I felt comfortable and like I could trust him. Would definitely hire again and recommend.
