Dan Meyer designed our pool and he was great to work with. He helped us choose the best colors and materials that would make our vision of a dream pool come true. Reid, our project manager, kept us informed of the steps and time line. He was meticulous and was very detail oriented. The pool start up team of Mike and Justin were just as great. Once the pool was filled, Justin oversaw the treatment of the water to make sure it was perfect for swimming. He was awesome! Justin stopped by weekly and sometimes twice a week to ensure the chemicals were working appropriately. He educated us about everything to know about the pool and he didn’t mind reviewing things when we had questions about pool maintenance and proper upkeep. From start to finish, the pool took seven weeks. The quality of work and attention to detail is impressive. If you are considering a pool, look no further than Larsen’s Pool and Spa. "I’m writing this review because this company did not do a good job, they did a GREAT job. Today it seems most companies just want to do the minimal to get by, well that's not the case with Tropical Pools. They did the best resurfacing on our existing pool that money can buy and they were very reasonable with their price. Not only did they do the job as per our contact. But each day they cleaned up the area around our pool deck and made contact with me as to what they have done and what they plan to do next. Keeping us updated gave me and my wife piece of mind. That in itself is priceless! The job was completed within the time frame that was stated in our contract and at the price quoted. What more can I say? If you are looking for an excellent pool company that has ethics and morals look no further than Tropical Pools of Central Florida."

"After spending a frustrating 10 weeks having site visits with some of the more popular area pool contractors, and having to repeatedly contact them for promised proposals that were never received, Pete was most responsive, attentive and knowledgeable. PCS's selection of standard choices for things like tile and finishes were upgrades with the other pool contractors. PCS started my pool in March 2021 and it was completed in May 2021. Alex, my project manager, kept me well informed and paid great attention to detail. Each of the crews was professional and did quality work. So grateful to have found PCS Pools!"

"I interviewed a couple of companies for this job. My pool had been in the ground for 30 years, its 25,000gallons. The plaster was coming off and had several leaks as well as a skimmer that become dislodged. Doug was prompt, exact and one of the BEST people I have met in the industry. Within 2 weeks of draining pool a new travatine tile pool deck and outdoor kitchen, new fountains and a pebble tec finish with 5g light show at a price that was fair. His total crew of hired sub's to his own office crew made it fun to do this project. If i needed to talk to Doug...5 mins and he was calling me back. I would recommend this company to any looking for a professional in St. Petersburg."

"My experience with Responsible Pools was nothing short of wonderful, throughout. Dean was prompt, pleasant and thorough with our initial communications, even responding after hours. He arrived the next day, and thoroughly accessed my current pool system setup, then spent a LOT of time explaining detailed various options for me (my "setup" request was a very unique, unusual one). He was honest and instead of trying to upsell, he recommended a smaller unit, suggesting the larger one would be "overkill" for my small pool. The quote for the exact same equipment, warranty and labor (actually, more detailed-labor) was MUCH more competitive and fair as compared to the other companies I'd considered. Upon project initiation, Brandon was on time and did an incredible job with a very challenging, unique pump system setup. He worked mindfully and diligently, arranging a very unique, complicated(due to my unusual request), easy to control, effective system. I couldn't be happier!"
