"They did a great job in getting here 3 times, very quickly each time, upon my contacting them. I initially used their $39.00 annual tune up deal offered thru Angie's List. David was very nice and informative. He identified the 2 possible problems that could have caused the unit to not perform. He sat the unit up with a new digital display unit after eliminating the internal motor's mal-functioning. The unit ran OK for a few days before I noticed that the water was collecting in the salt container. They sent a tech here quickly to find out what was wrong. The tech reworked the pipes in order to find out what exactly wasn't working properly. On the third call, David knew exactly what the 2nd culprit was and fixed it quickly. It was a blockage in the piping inside the salt container caused by a copper piping that had been used by the installer of the unit at the new address. This copper piping should have never been used by the installer. The installer was someone my realtor had recommended who wasn't licensed and both the realtor and the installer had lied to me and now they are being pursued by law enforcement. The fact that Ecowater and David are able to get here and rectify the problems quickly has allowed me to fix the water filteration system quickly and be able to include their reports in my evidence against the unlicensed plumber who posed as a licensed plumber and caused my damage to various areas of the house I bought from the realtor. "The service provider was pleasant, professional and very responsive.  It's always a nightmare to experience a natural disaster but Drimax was sympathetic and managed to calm me down.  The response time was very good considering the fire took place 2 days before Christmas and he did get some crews out there on Christmas Eve.  They mainly put dehumidifiers the first two days (keep in mind it was Christmas Eve).  This didn't entirely make sense to me to have dehumidifiers running while the wet insulation was still there, but I have seen emergency restoration crews do this before so it must be protocal.  In short, I am grateful to the gentleman who gave up his Christmas Eve to help me out.  This is the best restoration crew I have used (sadly I have used 3 over the years).
