I didn't realize there is so much involved with re-keying locks, fixing a latch, making all your outside doors open with the same key, yada, yada, yada. Needless to say, Garrett had a response for all of my requests and didn't run the other way. He was simply incredible and handled all those tasks without blinking an eye and made a few suggestions that I hadn't even thought of. All this started when someone said my door handle was sticking. I asked Garrett several questions while he was there and I can tell you, he is honest, extremely knowledgeable and gets the job done quickly. He could have sold me a new door handle for the front door, which would have been expensive because there are 4 sets on the door, but he just fixed the latch for me for the time being. We know there's a possibility of it eventually needing to be replaced but we'll ride it out in the meantime.
