Alpha Foundations

Brett helped me fix a huge crack in my pool foundation. He was prompt, knowledgeable, and polite. We will definitely be using Alpha again, they are the best in the region.

The project team was very professional and experienced. They were efficient and courteous, answered all of our questions and performed the job in a very timely manner. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for this type of service.

We had our Lanai and Pool area repaired. We went to a home show and found Alpha Foundations. Sam Martin came to do the work. He was very pleasant and went right to work. nonstop. He seemed through and we feel knowledgeable about spending this money. He cleaned up perfectly. would definitely hire Alpha Foundations again.

Everything went exactly as planed. Chris McBride, our salesman was very informative. Chris W. , Webber G. and Kesly B.did the job of lifting the foundation of our gameroom. They were here on time, did very good work, cleaned up and done in a few hours. Very happy!

My project was not a good fit for them. However, the service, and communication was professional. Chris McBride arrived on time and was very professional and personable. Sorry I couldn't use them but I will recommend them to others

Fast and easy to set up

Jordan Harshman, Kalod James, and Jon Godsey were excellent and professional. They always called ahead when to let me know they were coming , they arrived on time and explained everything they were doing when I asked. They cleaned up and left my home in better shape than when they came. I was impressed how the exterior and interior walls came together. I would highly recommend this team.

Matt Kesly and his assistant were prompt, got right to work on scheduled project of repairing my garage concrete apron. They were very through, professional and pleasant. I would recommend Alpha Systems for both of the projects that Alpha has done for me namely pool deck and garage apron.

Matt & Malcolm were the service technicians and they were outstanding, communicating every step of the way. They were delayed by an equipment malfunction and ended up working until nearly 7 p.m. to make sure the job was done right. Very friendly and polite and respectful of our property. An excellent team.

Project: Stabilize & Level Concrete Slabs Using Injection Technology Dan, our estimator, was easy to work and obviously experienced. Matt and Ryan, our installers, were great -- very professional and efficient. They listened to our concerns and adapted to our situation quickly. Job was done efficiently. We were satisfied to have local firm doing the work. Highly recommend all of them.

Sam Martin was at our house today to repair our concrete patio. He did a great job communicating with us, he showed up on time, and did a great job. We would strongly recommend using Alpha Foundations, They did a great job.

Ryan and Matt did a great job. They arrived on time and completed the job quickly while paying attention to all the little details.

This is the worst company that I have ever come into contact with. Customers do not hire Alpha Foundations unless they want to go through what I went through. I paid a large deposit to have my concrete pool deck raised and it was never done after two weeks of them coming to my home. They wasted my time because they never did the job. They advertise that they can lift foundations, but that was not the case. The technician Ryan told me that he would raise the concrete sidewalk near my front door, but he never did that either. Do not ask for Ryan because he is no good and he does not know what he is doing. I contacted the Corporate Office about this matter and they too were a waste of time because they could care less about helping me. The communication is terrible. I will never call Alpha Foundations again and nor will I refer them to anyone. The whole ordeal was truly disgusting how they treated me. Kerry Boyer

Alpha Foundations is a little more expensive than just going with someone to come in and fix what you already have under your home. Alpha Foundations installs intelliJacks which has made my home level again plus giving me the peace of mind that it's not going to shift again the way it did for Hurricane Ian
