"TERRIFIC!! Obet is a brilliant, intuitive handyman. That means, unlike me, he can repair, put together, ANYTHING! He is professional, respectful, prompt, and kind. I hired a shade vendor who did not measure ANYTHING correctly. Obet put all the shades and correct brackets where they 'should' have been. "Very responsive! I have hired Lavender three times and plan to do so again. Jacob came out early on a Saturday to handle a roof repair. He is as very inventive in reconfiguring the overhang to prevent continued raccoon incursion. In another job, he replaced boards in a hardwood floor that had suffered damage. Very precise job, quickly done. Lavender also repaired exterior rot in another house and finished with decorative elements that made the place actually beautiful! Highly recommend Lavender. Responsive, skilled, reasonable. Cannot ask for more."
