My windows were installed 2 years ago. A lot of different faces but everyone was good to us. With the Debby storm , we had water come in. I called the West Shore Home number. They sent one person and said more would be here to fix my widow water problem. I was happy to see Elliot L who did install the windows. Josh F and Jason P were with him. They all were pleasant and respectful. Elliot explained the issue and the three guys had it fixed in 1 hour. My wife was happy too.

I told the two gentlemen that I would do this and Iâ m going to give them what they gave me. 5 stars. Elliot L and Jason P were punctual, respectful, informative and displayed solid skills and organization during the install. If you use West Shore for doors, I would advise you to ask for these guys.

Quality in, quality out! Elliot L and Jason P knocked it out of the park! Polite, clean, efficient are just a few words to describe these gentlemen. And even better, my inspection took place as they were working, saving me from having to take another day off! On his way out the inspector assured me that I was in good hands as he had been through several inspections with Elliot previously. Very happy with my decision to go with West Shore Home!
