"Incredible craftsmanship and attention to all the details! The guys made sure even the smallest touches were flawless. I truly appreciated their excellent communication throughout the process and educating me on different paints and options. It's clear they take pride in their work, and the results speak for themselves—my home looks beautiful! I will be calling you again for the lanai power wash in the fall."

"Painting crew was on time and worked entire day. Communication with owner was poor. Took weeks to schedule the work. He said he would drop off a proposal but never did. Things that were promised were never communicated to painting crew. (Replace outdoor lighting, paint doors, paint porch ceiling.) Once pointed out that the work was not done, crew had to call owner for verification in order to complete. We told owner we were going out of town for a few day but when we came home there was a curt message left on our machine about lack of payment. Areas of house not properly painted and crew had to return to complete needed repairs. Owner never came to work site until it was time to pick up check. Again, painting crew themselves were OK bit communication and follow thru by owner was lacking."

Pressure Washing questions, answered by experts

Sodium bicarbonate does not need to be cleaned up as thoroughly as many of its aggregate counterparts because it is not considered dangerous to the environment, nor to pets or people. While you will likely want to clean up the dust with a shop-vac and some water for aesthetic and comfort reasons, soda blasting cleanup is much simpler than for most sandblasting.

You can use a pressure washer to clean a whole host of surfaces. The exterior siding of your house is one of the most popular spots, as well as your driveway, garage floor, patio or deck, and even your outdoor furniture. Just be mindful about the amount of pressure you apply to different materials—concrete can handle a lot more than wood, for example.

While it can be a good idea to learn how to pressure wash brick to remove oils, algae, and debris from the surface, pressure washing isn't a good option for getting rid of white stains on brick. While you may get good temporary results, pressure washing can actually make efflorescence worse once the brick dries because the process pushes salt deeper into the brick. In addition, the intensity of pressure washing can damage brick.

Concrete does well with a number of cleaning agents, as it’s a durable material. Choose from acidic cleaners, alkaline cleaners, and pH-neutral cleaners, in addition to antibacterial solutions. Your best bet is to simply read the fine print with your preferred detergent and make sure it mentions concrete as a viable surface.

Even at the lowest setting, there’s always a risk that pressure washing might damage your shower or tub. Never use this technique if there’s pre-existing damage in your shower or tub, like peeling caulk, sealant, or cracked tiles. And skip this method entirely if there are any wood features present.
