"Andrew was awesome. The job ended up to be more than we anticipated, but he stuck with it and made sure floors were free of mold. Had to fix the josts replace floor base before actually reinstalling the flooring. Washed much of the flooring to ensure no mold was present. Ran a dehumidifier to dry wood out as much as possible. Reinstalled the flooring & you would never know there had been a problem. I would recommend Andrew to anyone including my family & close friends. He has been doing this type of work for over 20 yrs, so is a wealth of knowledge & willing shared so I understood exactly what the issues were. "They needed to raise the shower floor, so time is needed for it to cure. There seems to be a difference between what was discussed, and what the installer explained. We were told that this company was certified in mold remediation, and that is included in the quote. Installer acted surprised when I mentioned that and also other details that were discussed with our sales rep Dustin. Without the modifications discussed with our sales rep, the shower door that was delivered will certainly not fit. Feeling nervous about the outcome of this job."
