"We will definitely hire AirNow again! They installed a new AC unit within 24 hours, which was important during the summer months. Very professional, timely, courteous, explain everything with patience, and friendly. The call center was amazing too. "Excellent!! Brandon was very patient and kind explaining new units and helping us make a decision. He said we could call him anytime, which we have done. He always answers promptly and politely. He even made an extra trip to provide temporary fans and another trip to help us with the thermostat. The installers were timely and swept after they completed the job. We have no complaints. Highly recommend!!"

"They went above & beyond. Excellent air duct & vent cover cleaning & detected damage to duct work where connected to the AC unit. Then found a possum hiding in the duct work & under the AC until & went to great lengths to get the possum out. Then repaired the AC duct into the house. Price was reasonable, considering the extra work. Very nice & friendly. Absolutely would call them again."
We will remove the vent covers if they have access build up. We take them outside to scrub mold and mildew off the covers before putting them back on.
