"We had a problem in one area of the house (and a bedroom in particular) not cooling well. A few years ago a different AC company had put in a separate AC duct to the bedroom but it was not very effective. Temperature Patrol explained that since we had only one return for the whole house, putting in an extra duct was not a solution. They put a return in each of the 3 bedrooms and as promised, the air began flowing. The work was done quickly and we thought the price was reasonable. We would definitely hire them again."

I found him to be extremely helpful in selecting the correct unit for my particular application. he did not sell my an item that I would not need. He re-assured me of the selected product. The price point and over-all installation process was directly on point. the service technicians that completed the install were just superb. "They went above & beyond. Excellent air duct & vent cover cleaning & detected damage to duct work where connected to the AC unit. Then found a possum hiding in the duct work & under the AC until & went to great lengths to get the possum out. Then repaired the AC duct into the house. Price was reasonable, considering the extra work. Very nice & friendly. Absolutely would call them again."
