"At the time, it seemed pretty good. I think I'm a little bummed in terms that we've had our AC serviced before and it carries us through and this time it is acting up and so that bums me out a little bit. It might not be their fault, it might be hey, we live in Florida and the air conditioning is hot because it is hot down here. As far as my husband could tell that day they did a good job. I know that they recommended something else that we could purchase that we didn't want. I think it was fine."

"Phil, the first person I met representing Air Now was just awesome. He Explained things, worked with me to get where I needed to be $ wise. He is a great reprehensive of Air Now. Jonny & Brandon did the installation. Poor guys worked in a downpour but got everything done in a reasonable amount of time. "They went above & beyond. Excellent air duct & vent cover cleaning & detected damage to duct work where connected to the AC unit. Then found a possum hiding in the duct work & under the AC until & went to great lengths to get the possum out. Then repaired the AC duct into the house. Price was reasonable, considering the extra work. Very nice & friendly. Absolutely would call them again."
We will remove the vent covers if they have access build up. We take them outside to scrub mold and mildew off the covers before putting them back on.
