Had to fix the josts replace floor base before actually reinstalling the flooring. Washed much of the flooring to ensure no mold was present. Ran a dehumidifier to dry wood out as much as possible. Reinstalled the flooring & you would never know there had been a problem. I would recommend Andrew to anyone including my family & close friends. He has been doing this type of work for over 20 yrs, so is a wealth of knowledge & willing shared so I understood exactly what the issues were. Cleaned up ever bit of the house & carport where he worked. He truly was amazing! So Blessed I hired him.
