He made sure to keep me informed of what he was doing each step of the way and made sure I understood. Once he removed my old toilet, he identified the issue that caused the need for the replacement and corrected it to ensure that I would not need the toilet replaced again soon. Highly recommend!"

"Absolutely fantastic. Our project was to redesign bathroom by increasing size of shower area, new tile floor, new fixtures, and new lighting. Kurt provided the contract in 4 parts. After each part was completed, payment was due, not before. This was the first time I didn't need to provide an initial upfront deposit. Kurt promised a completion date of 4 weeks and it was completed on time. He arrived daily on time and worked by himself the entire day. The completed project is more perfect than we could have hoped for and would we would never hesitate to recommend him or use his company again. Job well done!!"

This would have been very helpful since the appointment was for my elderly mother, unfortunately I never received a call.
