The charm of our old Key West Style cottage was the original flooring and we searched high and low to find a great guy, old school type repair service that is very hard to find. Most companies only want to replace not repair. Eddie was a God Sent for us. Fair price considering the extent of the damage. The floors actually came out even better than before. Great communication, finished ahead of time. Eddie is an all time pro person and business owner who takes great pride in his workmanship. TPA Flooring Company refinished ugly red parquet floors to a beautiful new warm light brown tone. They then installed new floors that match the color perfectly. Eddie and his team did an outstanding refinish of our oak floors. Kitchen renovation with island footprint moved and 1500 square feet of sand and stain(dark walnut) of the existing floor. Several companies tried to sell us new flooring. Eddie was confident he could refinish our floors and provide us with great results. Eddie exceeded our expectations in every way. I have an 80 year old house with solid white oak flooring that TPA Hardwood restored back to their glory days. We had termite and water damaged areas that Mr. RIOS and his crew were able to replace perfectly with the rest of the house. They were on time and very professional and they kept me informed thru out the scope of the work till the very end. They went above and beyond, and we trusted Ed, with the house while we were away on vacation, and he treated like it was his own. The floors came out amazing!!!!! Highly recommend this company. Our house was built in 2020 and the hardwoods were installed by TPA Hardwood Flooring Systems during the build. Unfortunately, due to problems with excess moisture the floors buckled in one area of the dining room. When we bought our house, it was purchased â as isâ meaning the builder and contractors had no obligation to come back and fix any issues. Our builder connected us with Eddie, the owner of TPA Hardwood. Not only did Eddie agree to repair the buckled flooring, but he also sanded down and refinished all of the flooring in the main area of our home. This was a 5 day job that required new flooring, and at least 40 hours of labor. Eddie not only covered the cost of the material, but also covered the labor. I offered to cover the cost of material and he wouldnâ t allow it. They have completed the repair and refinishing of our floors (5 full days of work with multiple guys) and the house looks brand new again. Companies like this are incredibly hard to come by. I would truly recommend Eddie and TPA Hardwood Flooring Systems to anybody looking to repair, refinish, or install hardwood floors. We are so grateful for all of their hard work and integrity. I have been renovating my house for about a year. I have been very frustrated with other trades I hired, not showing up for work and blaming the virus for their mis management. Edwin Rios was recommended by a neighbor, he and his company turned out to be the best contractor of all. Fast, quick and easy to work with. The house is 100 years old, the repair work on the floors and the finish made them look like brand new wood. GREAT JOB!

Eddie was extremely responsive and trustworthy. We had to coordinate entirely from out of town, he did a fantastic job on our 1930s red oak wood floors. Eddie was amazing every step of the way. He was extremely flexible when it came to scheduling. Also, I had an issue with my plumbers who had to come out during his job time because of overlapping schedules which made it more difficult for him but he was very nice about it and tried his best to work around it. TPA came on the days they said they would and my floors turned out absolutely beautiful. I couldn't believe how great it looked. Overall they did an awesome job and I'm very happy. Would recommend to a friend. Also, he was pretty reasonable compared to the other quotes we received.
