"I am so happy with the flooring and the two gentlemen who were here, Ed and John were excellent. They checked with me during the install to make sure that everything was done to my satisfaction. They scribed the flooring so that it fit perfectly around my large fireplace. I would definitely recommend Checkpoint Flooring Solutions and Ed and John to anyone. "Steve responded to my initial request within 24 hours. He was on time for the first review of flooring problem, was able to schedule the work to be done 2 days later. He leveled the floor in my mobile home then returned to relay the carpet. I was pleased with his promptness in responding to my initial Angi request for help and his willingness to assess my floor issue and work out a reasonable solution. "They needed to raise the shower floor, so time is needed for it to cure. There seems to be a difference between what was discussed, and what the installer explained. We were told that this company was certified in mold remediation, and that is included in the quote. Installer acted surprised when I mentioned that and also other details that were discussed with our sales rep Dustin. Without the modifications discussed with our sales rep, the shower door that was delivered will certainly not fit. Feeling nervous about the outcome of this job."
