He completed the job and he informed me that the main lines was full of toilet paper a lot of paper. Mr Santiago did an excellent job and resolve the problems at my home I can sleep tonight because the problems has been fix. I watched him for a short time as he was completing the job he didn't say anything just ? smile and continued working. I saw this as a technician that is confident in what he's doing and not concerned if I was observing his work.
