Ricky an Nathan were professional and friendly. They answered all my questions and left the kitchen immaculate after the remediation. Javier initially came to test for moisture and was very informative. Julio came the same day as the remediation to explain the reconstruction process.

Everything went amazingly well. Thumbs up to everyone in Josh's and Alec's crews. Even with the holidays coming, employees taking off they manned the job and actually got done 1 day early. All were totally professional and conscientious of new repairs and protecting all existing floors/walls and personnal items.

Super professional and extremely responsive. AllDry came out at short notice to give us a quote for a significant leak in our home. Javier was awesome, and walked me through all aspects of the project, including mold and water damage remediation, as well as the rebuild. We got quotes from other companies, but ended up going with AllDry not only because their pricing was fair, but also because of their ability to complete the entire project in house, from mold remediation to stucco repair to redoing the flooring. Highly recommend.

I had one of the worst experiences anyone could imagine by having a walking tub overflow.....I contacted AllDryUSA , a local company in Boynton Beach, Fla for cleaning up water damage to a condo....While discussing the possible range of prices i was going to be charged , somewhere between $3,000 and $5,000...It came to pass that the technician who had initially visited my condo to make an assessment on the damage subsequently told me that the entire job would be done free of charge....Needless to say I was in shock when the guy told me this....It was somewhat close to being given a winning ticket at the grocery store....I never in a million years expected to be charged nothing for this job………I looked at the guy and said WHAT ????????….what do you mean its not costing me anything?……He then went on to explain that we would would like to have this effort shown in reviews to get the word out on how professional an experience it turned out to be…..and…..It was just that !!!!……I am exceedingly grateful for the dedicated work that the AllDryUSA team put into this job of cleaning out my condo, disinfecting and deodorizing the carpets....Once again my hat is off to the AllDryUSA team for an absolutely wonderful experience.....

Ray and Eric were extremely professional and on time everyday. They ensured the affected area was remediated and also quarantined off from the rest of the house while the repair began. Not an ounce of dust was found after since they also did an incredible job blocking off the area from the rest of the home. Highly recommended!

This project was more in depth than I anticipated. Personnel were all professional, and kept me abreast of every detail. Workers always prompt, they covered all areas and any furnishings where they were working. They were most professional and when I saw the completed project I thought I moved into a new home. They were prompt, and able to respond the same day we called which was reassuring, when a leak is discovered. The service person William was personable and friendly and knowledgeable. He prepared a quote for the work so that we knew what was needing to be done. the Board was able to approve the work and then he proceeded to fix the leak the same day. The other preventative maintenance work was done the following day. Prompt and reliable service.

They responded that night on the phone and arrived on time for the appointment the next day. Both gentlemen were very professional and had the work started that afternoon. They brought in blowers and heaters and opened up the walls where needed. Javier was a huge help, making suggestions on the work plus the insurance claim.

Great! I suspected a water leak in my Master Bath ceiling and called All Dry USA. Javier came out promptly; and within an hour, he had two of his men up in my attic. It turns out I didn't have a leak and had no water damage. There was no charge for this service! I would highly recommend All Dry USA.

All dry was prompt and professional. They were well educated and I felt especially at ease knowing they would handle the nightmare that was my bathroom. They made the process easy by billing my insurance directly, I simply made a claim and let them handle it from there.

Project manager communicated what and when work would be done. They showed up as they said and did a good job when they did. The closet looks great and especially the work that Neil did that was on punch list. I would definitely use them again for any other issues they handle. Everyone that came to do the job acted in a professional manner.
