Ricky an Nathan were professional and friendly. They answered all my questions and left the kitchen immaculate after the remediation. Javier initially came to test for moisture and was very informative. Julio came the same day as the remediation to explain the reconstruction process.

Everything went amazingly well. Thumbs up to everyone in Josh's and Alec's crews. Even with the holidays coming, employees taking off they manned the job and actually got done 1 day early. All were totally professional and conscientious of new repairs and protecting all existing floors/walls and personnal items.

Steps were followed to finish the project/ repairs as soon as possible. Right now the mold detection process is going on and I will have results in 24-48 hours.

Raymond came on-time. He was cordial, courteous, punctual, professional and very knowledgeable. He was able to address our concern and we will definitely hire them to resolve the issue. He knows what he is talking about and made a very good impression on my husband, which matters the most.

Super professional and extremely responsive. AllDry came out at short notice to give us a quote for a significant leak in our home. Javier was awesome, and walked me through all aspects of the project, including mold and water damage remediation, as well as the rebuild. We got quotes from other companies, but ended up going with AllDry not only because their pricing was fair, but also because of their ability to complete the entire project in house, from mold remediation to stucco repair to redoing the flooring. Highly recommend.

I had one of the worst experiences anyone could imagine by having a walking tub overflow.....I contacted AllDryUSA , a local company in Boynton Beach, Fla for cleaning up water damage to a condo....While discussing the possible range of prices i was going to be charged , somewhere between $3,000 and $5,000...It came to pass that the technician who had initially visited my condo to make an assessment on the damage subsequently told me that the entire job would be done free of charge....Needless to say I was in shock when the guy told me this....It was somewhat close to being given a winning ticket at the grocery store....I never in a million years expected to be charged nothing for this job………I looked at the guy and said WHAT ????????….what do you mean its not costing me anything?……He then went on to explain that we would would like to have this effort shown in reviews to get the word out on how professional an experience it turned out to be…..and…..It was just that !!!!……I am exceedingly grateful for the dedicated work that the AllDryUSA team put into this job of cleaning out my condo, disinfecting and deodorizing the carpets....Once again my hat is off to the AllDryUSA team for an absolutely wonderful experience.....

Ray and Eric were extremely professional and on time everyday. They ensured the affected area was remediated and also quarantined off from the rest of the house while the repair began. Not an ounce of dust was found after since they also did an incredible job blocking off the area from the rest of the home. Highly recommended!

This project was more in depth than I anticipated. Personnel were all professional, and kept me abreast of every detail. Workers always prompt, they covered all areas and any furnishings where they were working. They were most professional and when I saw the completed project I thought I moved into a new home. They were prompt, and able to respond the same day we called which was reassuring, when a leak is discovered. The service person William was personable and friendly and knowledgeable. He prepared a quote for the work so that we knew what was needing to be done. the Board was able to approve the work and then he proceeded to fix the leak the same day. The other preventative maintenance work was done the following day. Prompt and reliable service.

Excellent Javier thoroughly checked the walls ,floor ,outside wall , windows and ceilings. No charge for the evaluation and he found it to be in normal range. Very prompt and sincere.

Great! Christian and Hector were on time, polite and did an amazing job! Would totally recommend them. Overall it has been a great experience so far with All Dry. Allan was fantastic too when he came out at the onset of the issues.

The entire process went extremely well. They first sent a supervisor to estimate the extent of the problem and determine what equipment and how much equipment would be necessary. Within the same day, the men with the equipment showed up and took readings to determine any and every area that was affected by the water leaks from the roof, brought in fans and de-humidifiers and carefully set them up. They were very respectful of my property and took great care in setting up their equipment so as not to damage walls or furniture. They set up an incredible amount of equipment, explained what each piece did and addressed every concern I had including any possible liability with leaving the equpiment running while I was not at the house. The gentlemen that installed and subsequently removed the equipment were courteous, polite, well-organized and very efficient.

Extensive time was required because of age of existing pipes and required purchase of additional parts, but work was done professionally by excellent workmen.

Javier was punctual, professional and most importantly honest on his recommendation to just replace the drywall ourselves.

They responded that night on the phone and arrived on time for the appointment the next day. Both gentlemen were very professional and had the work started that afternoon. They brought in blowers and heaters and opened up the walls where needed. Javier was a huge help, making suggestions on the work plus the insurance claim.

It was amazing. They are fabulous. They were prompt, efficient, professional, polite, and responded to all my calls and emails. They were a delight to work with.
