"I purchased the special dryer vent cleaning package and with a few days a very nice young man arrived to clean out the vent. The service technician was very professional and personable. The dryer is located in a very small laundry room and Robert managed to pull it out from the wall. Then I turned off the water so he could detach the hose for the steam cycle and within about an hour he had cleaned a ton of lint from the back of the dryer and the outside ventilation vent. When he was finished he cleaned everything up and the dryer works so much better now. I will definitely use this company again."

Mr. Santiago explained to me in detail what may be causing the problems with backup in the toilets, tub, and shower. Mr Santiago did an excellent job and resolve the problems at my home I can sleep tonight because the problems has been fix. I saw this as a technician that is confident in what he's doing and not concerned if I was observing his work.
