"They scheduled a service call for the same day, which was great because it was a Friday and I was planning on having people over to my house over the weekend. Tom came out and cleaned out the clog and informed me that it wasn't the garbage disposal. He was very honest and professional. He could have upsold me on a new garbage disposal, but didn't do that. He also cleaned out a small clog in the master bathroom. He explained everything and gave me some hints on how to avoid getting a clog again. He then cleaned up afterward. Overall, an excellent experience."
