Very well. He analyzed the problem and advised me to call him if it happened again. Was very professional and spent time locating my septic system, and gave me tips on how to avoid problems in the future. I will definitely call him for any future plumbing problems. He was very honest and he charged me a small, reasonable fee. I would recommend him to anyone I know without hesitation.

This company is amazing. I have used them in the past with great results. They tracked down my rather exotic (Blanco) kitchen faucet and got me a replacement one. A previous plumber had never followed up.
The toilets arrived in a flash and were installed in one day. Service was great (as usual)
PS they also have someone on staff that could fix the flame on my gas range.

The problem was our toilet wouldn't flush and drain at all. I tried my best to get it unclogged but it was more than just extra toilet paper. Called and was told somebody in my area will be calling back soon. Got the call about 15 minutes later. What I was most impress with was the gentleman that called me back had tried to help me unclog the toilet before he even came out. This told me that they weren't out just to get my money. He explained the steps and even waited on the phone in-between me trying the different steps. We were on the phone almost 10 minutes before we realized it was more than a typical clogged toilet. When he came out he was on time and very professional. After snaking the outside pipe too unclog the issue I was told it was a cracked pipe that needed replacing and even told me how to do it myself if I didn't want to spend the extra money. This experience overall was the best it could be when talking about pulling some pretty disgusting stuff out of our pipes. I would definitely use them again and the price was very fair and reasonable. You won't be disappointed if you use this company.

Showed up when they said they would. They came out on a Sunday, no additional charge for service call. Work was done by service man and they even sent me the bill to be paid the coming week.

Two days later it stopped again so Danny came out and went in with a larger
rooter. They didn't charge for coming back and we've had no more trouble.

As  with  all  plumbing  emergencies,  ours  started  on  a  Friday  night  and  worsened  by  mid-Saturday  morning. We  contacted  Mr.  Rooter,  and  the  pleasant  receptionist  took  our  number  and  address  and  assured  us  that  the technichian  would  return  a  call  to  us  shortly.  We  had to  wait  no  longer than  155  minutes  before   Danny returned  our  call.  He  explained  that he  had  one  job in  line  in  front  of  us,  and  that  he  would  call  when on his  way.  He  expected  that  job  to  take  no  longer than  an  hour  to  an  hour  and  a half. He  called  us  back  within an  hour  and  said he  would  be there  in  five minutes--  which  he was.  Danny was very  professional,  and  also was  very  careful  not  to  track anything  in the house.  He  was  quick at finding the  outside main line and  fixing the problem. He explained how our  unusual  plumbing  configuration  might  have  contributed  to the  problem  and  suggested  how  we  could prevent  it from  re-occuring. While  I  had  envisioned  backhoes  in the back yard  and  a  huge  bill. the  price was  incredibly reasonable--  and  on  a  weekend  to  boot!  If  we  ever  have  another  plubing  issue, Mr.  Rooter is most  definitely the  company  we will  call.

This is a job that I probably would have done myself in years past as it's a farily easy to do DIY job, but I chose not to at this time.

The serviceman walked in my front door carrying all of the tools necessary to do the job.  He was on time, knew what he was doing and completed the job in about an hour.

No muss, no fuss and most importantly no mess when the job was done.

There was a leak in the attic as one of the helpers didn't check one of the connections. Water came through ceiling in bedroom but was dried & repaired quickly. Mr. Fassler worked a few days to correct the damage and paid for the carpet to be cleaned, as well. Very consiencious about the situation. We would hire him again.
