There was no pressure and he was knowledgeable and kind, which made us feel confident in our decision to chose them. I had timely notifications on the arrival of my hurricane windows and sliding glass doors and prompt scheduling once they arrived. "They were there on time, and did the job paid for in an efficient manor. There were several dirty areas from traffic patterns, and most of them came out. They used steam cleaning method which leaves no lingering odors upon completion. They did pre spot before beginning the steam cleaning. It took about 2 hrs. to do the entire house. They had to vacuum before starting. The house is big, 2700 sq. ft. and has a master bedroom which is 53' long. They charged me by the room not the sq. footage, therefore they were by far the least expensive to use."

"We have a tile roof that was replaced a few years ago so I was very concerned about protecting our roof from being damaged by having it cleaned - that is why I selected Sailfish Softwash to do the job. As their name implies, they provide a soft wash to the roof so no strong power washer or scrubbers were used. I have read/learned that power washers used on roofs can damage tiles and cause premature wearing of the roof. Also chemicals used at too strong of rates can cause damage to the tiles, underlayment and plants from the runoff. Sailfish uses the right combination to help prevent roof and plant damage. I also selected their "no-walking-on-the-roof" option - where most of the roof is treated from the ground and by ladders. They did have to get on our roof to get to the higher ridges - but great care was taken when they did. There was a genuine concern of making sure all the tiles were treated - thoroughly. Their sprayer was battery operated so no loud engine running - very quiet and smooth system. Their truck was clean and their crew were polite and courteous. The chlorine smell was very mild and it only lasted a few days. Corey, the owner, came the next day to check on the service and finished the job by applying a chlorine neutralizer. There was no "get the money and run" feeling with this company. The end result was we have a very clean roof and I am confident that no damage to our roof was made as a result of this service.
