"My wife and I just bought a house in Pinellas County, near our daughter and grandchildren, but we were still living on the East coast of Florida. We came in to coordinate projects related to plumbing, electrical and carpentry. I had three companies/contractors for each category scheduled to come in and review the projects and give me quotes. Trying to schedule 9 contractors is like trying to herd cats, but it got done, even though there were some time variations on when they came out that day, all but a few showed up. I always like to meet and get multiple bids on any projects I have for my home. The inspection report for the home showed many electrical issues (over $10,000 worth). Of the three electricians who came out. Only William Schultz from Positricity spent several hours going over my needs and making safety recommendations for what needed to be done. Before he left that day, I had his quote in a PDF sent to email in box. The others spent less than an hour and tried to up sell me items I thought about but weren’t on my punch list. He also gave me the name and brochure of the Pinellas Executive Association which his company is a member of and seemed like a good organization of professionals. This is where I found the carpenter I used, that is another story. I found William to be very professional, pleasant to talk with and an expert in his field. The company Positricity is easy to work with and I’ll use William again for any electrical needs."

"My review has not appeared on the Performance Air primary site which consists of positive reviews, so I'll try to replicate here. I've also contacted the BBB. Company ads indicate "service 24/7" which is misleading. Yes, you can speak w/ someone at the company, but they can't or won't send a tech 24/7. Our a/c went out Sat evening, 9/16, and they said someone would be out Tues, 9/20. When I said that won't work they scheduled us for the next day, Sunday, between 10a and 2p. Needless to say they didn't show. I called dispatch to see when someone would arrive and was told the tech was delayed on another job. Finally about 5:30p I was told "you're not on the schedule." A wasted day in the heat when I could have called someone else. Our Trane unit (bought from Performance) is less than 8 years old and is maintained only by Performance Air via a service contract. The company is eager for us to replace the unit. When Trane and other brands are properly maintained they typically last much longer than 8 years. The company overcharges on parts, which I've called them out on and had the price reduced (check the records if they'll let you...you have our permission.) Hughes Gulfport FL"

We charger by the job and not by the hour. The electrician would need to come out and look at what is needed and where and then he would be able to provide a price to complete the work. If you are a new customer, we are running a limited time promotion that waives our $29 dispatch fee for new customers. "I contacted Small Jobs Electric to hang six ceiling fans and two outdoor lights. Scheduling was easy. The office staff is attentive and really easy to talk to. I scheduled the work and the job required two electricians. Luis and Antonio were a pleasure to work with. They showed up exactly on time and got right to work. I have an electrical background and these gentlemen are obviously well trained and very well educated in their craft. That is an excellent reflection on not only Luis and Antonio, but your entire organization. The fans look great the lights look great. I am very happy I did this project.
