I contacted Small Jobs Electric to hang six ceiling fans and two outdoor lights. Scheduling was easy. The office staff is attentive and really easy to talk to. I scheduled the work and the job required two electricians. Luis and Antonio were a pleasure to work with. They showed up exactly on time and got right to work. I have an electrical background and these gentlemen are obviously well trained and very well educated in their craft. That is an excellent reflection on not only Luis and Antonio, but your entire organization. The fans look great the lights look great. I am very happy I did this project. The name is small jobs but they seem quite capable of handling almost any electrical job. Thank you all !! Thanks Angi !!!

Everything turned out great. Everyone was very professional. Workers showed up on time. All intended work clearly explained. Problem with overhead light was fixed quickly. Would definitely hire again.

Had a whole home surge protector installed. Adam explained the differences between a couple different options. Was on time, knowledgeable and a great worker. Price was also very fair.

The service was deplorable from beginning to end. When I initially called them, I explained to their Customer Service Department that I worked from 8am-5 pm, M-F and they insisted on scheduling a tech between 1-3 pm on two separate occasions during the week. I was unable to accommodate the first request but was able to have a tech come out during that timeframe on Friday, 3/24/23, in spite of working on that day. The tech, who arrived, was very impatient from the start. He initially rang the door bell but when no one answered as quickly as he thought we should, he just laid on the door bell. My roommate answered the door, informed hm that I was on a phone call w/a customer and would be done in five minutes. In the meantime she had him look at the light that needed to be repaired. She said he responded that the light fixture was the problem, and that we had to buy a new one which he could install. She further stated that I believe the homeowner wanted an estimate not only for the repair but a bigger job as well. His response? Is this her email? I'll send her an estimate. I never saw or spoke directly to the technician who was gone in less than 5 minutes after arriving on site and my light is still broken. I called their office and spoke to Kianna. I told her not to ever send that technician back to my house. He apparently was more interested in getting off from work on Friday than doing his job. He did not represent the company well and at this point, I will not use Small Jobs Electric. I am too afraid that there technician will rush through the job and that the electrical work will be inferior. Unfortunately, they forfeited a much larger job that I need to have done but based on how their technician handled the smaller job, I'm glad I got the chance to witness how they do business. I am now unwilling to risk the safety of my home by having them do any work for me now or in the future.

Nathaniel Houle was on time after calling ahead to let me know he was on his way. I showed him the problem and he was able to fix it quickly. We have had several jobs with Small Jobs Electric and have always been satisfied.

Ron arrived on time and was friendly but professional. Work was completed in time and now I have fixtures in working order.

EXPENSIVE!!!!!!! I will say this and I don't blame the guy who came he's just the Peon to the owner. Light switch $10 at store.. Needed 5 of them cost me $400 for 35 mins of work. I hung around to see what the guy did so I can learn. This was an expensive course but next time I can do it on my own. I tipped the Peon he was a nice guy..

The company responded in a timely manor. The work was completed on time. They did everything except removing some of the debris, which I had to have someone else come in and complete. The repair man was very courteous. I felt the price was high, but the work was good.

Great job, fast service

Very well. Ryan showed up on time for the estimate, started the job the same day as estimate and finished on the agreed day. There was an issue with the timer switch. Ryan returned the next day, fixed it and was gone.

Very pleased with this company! They were very professional and did excellent work. We will definitely recommend them to our friends.

Overall we were happy with the service that was provided. We received great guidance upfront that we needed a different switch and were provided the opportunity to return and buy the correct one. When the electrician came back out the installation occurred and it looks and works great.
