John was recommended to us by my husband's coworker. We requested a quote via his website for either an interlock switch or a transfer switch installed on our 18 year old electrical panel, along with a generator plug, so that we can (selectively) run circuits off a generator during power outages. John came to our house the same day that we contacted him (no charge) to look at our setup. He provided a detailed written quote the following day. We thought his quote was fair, so we signed a contract. The work was completed 5 days later, on schedule and to our satisfaction. I will definitely use Ashton Electric again for future electrical service.

Ashton Electric Company is absolutely top-notch! They were extremely prompt and right on time. From the start, they explained everything clearly and made sure I fully understood the work before moving forward. They replaced a 200-amp panel for me, which included a lot of rewiring and wire work. The job was done in a very timely manner and handled with complete professionalism. When they were finished, the cleanup was incredible—you could literally eat off the floor, that’s how spotless they left it. The owner is local, well-spoken, professional, and has excellent manners. He takes the time to explain everything in detail and makes sure there are no questions left unanswered. On top of that, the pricing was very fair for the amount of work and quality delivered. If I could give them more than 5 stars, I would. Highly recommend Ashton Electric Company to anyone needing electrical work done!

John was punctual and he inspected all outlets of room without electrical power, including unscrewing the outlet cover to check the inside wires. He was thorough and noticed that there might be some moisture inside the wall that may be contributing to the electric problem. He replaced the faulty breaker and everything is working fine now.

It went fantastic, I was very pleased with their work. They were easy to deal with and made sure I got what I wanted. They made sure my outlets were working properly and upgraded my electrical panel. The project turned out great and I’m really happy with it. They’re the best electrical services in Tampa I’ve used. I can’t say enough good things about these guys. I’ll be hiring them again in the future if I ever need more work done.
