Incredible! Brad showed up shortly after my call, assessed the damage, provided an emergency generator, and returned the next morning with a full crew. Courtesy Electric pulled a permit, repaired everything up to code, had everything inspected, and treated me like family from start to finish. I am 100% satisfied and would recommend Courtesy Electric without hesitation!

Brad came out promptly after I called. After looking at the panel he found that one of the breakers had been popped. He didn't even charge me for he call. It doesn't get any better than that. The trouble was that there was a piece of red tape over the breaker and I thought it was one that was not being used. when the panel was installed at the time we bought the house, the electrician taped over one of the breakers that was not working. He told me not to mess with it. unfortunately the tape had slipped down over the breaker that was tripped, hiding its status. on top of that it was mislabeled as bathroom instead of bedroom. Brad said that the panel was not installed properly 20 years ago. I wish I had known about Brad back then.

After a terrible experience with a large outfit with good reviews I let them go and called Courtesy. Just what I needed, their friendly receptionist scheduled technicians for the same day. The tech and apprentice who showed up were very capable and did what was needed in short order. I would certainly hire them again.

We were quoted, in person, $1200 to do the job, including permit. A week later, we received an email from the company with a whole different quote, $550 more than original quote. This is not an acceptable manner to do business. We will not recommend this company to anyone

"While we appreciate you calling us for a quote, this is not true. Our owner stopped by on a friday, after hours, to look at your project,. he told you that it would be a days worth of labor, approximately $1200.00 PLUS material. His best guess, being as parts house was closed, was $500. He told you that he would put an actual quote together and get it sent to you the following week. Which he did. I am sorry that you didn't like our pricing but that is what an estimate/quote is, We did not do any work, just provided a quote. If the quote is not what you liked then why leave a negative review? We did not do the work and change prices on you, We simply provided you with the most accurate pricing that we could, Best Regards"

Courtesy Electric re-wired our large 1940's house to bring it up to current codes, and we could not be more satisfied with their work. After experience very shoddy work by two other electric companies, I found Courtesy Electric and I will never hire any other company, but Courtesy Electric. They are highly professional and completed the re-wiring to the standards that I had hoped would be the result. Previous work that Courtesy Electric provided us was to undo the work of another electric company that had incorrectly wired some of our breakers. I highly recommend Courtesy Electric for any electrical work.

Done with no problems. The second one was delayed because Brad was out of town and didn't return when expected. The missed appointment may have been beyond his control and the result a communication problem between him and his assistant. Because of the delay, he did not charge me for the second install.

had a technician there within a few hours even though I called on a Friday afternoon. I had a wiring issue and was afraid to let it go until Monday. Brad fixed it in minutes and didn't charge me.
