receptionist was excellent with the scheduling of job and permit needed, 2 man crew came out and did assigned work without any problems to complete task. Job well done in 1 day. would defiantly suggest this company to anyone in our building or elsewhere looking for work to be done.

Incredible! Brad showed up shortly after my call, assessed the damage, provided an emergency generator, and returned the next morning with a full crew. Courtesy Electric pulled a permit, repaired everything up to code, had everything inspected, and treated me like family from start to finish. I am 100% satisfied and would recommend Courtesy Electric without hesitation!

Brad came out promptly after I called. After looking at the panel he found that one of the breakers had been popped. He didn't even charge me for he call. It doesn't get any better than that. The trouble was that there was a piece of red tape over the breaker and I thought it was one that was not being used. when the panel was installed at the time we bought the house, the electrician taped over one of the breakers that was not working. He told me not to mess with it. unfortunately the tape had slipped down over the breaker that was tripped, hiding its status. on top of that it was mislabeled as bathroom instead of bedroom. Brad said that the panel was not installed properly 20 years ago. I wish I had known about Brad back then.

After a terrible experience with a large outfit with good reviews I let them go and called Courtesy. Just what I needed, their friendly receptionist scheduled technicians for the same day. The tech and apprentice who showed up were very capable and did what was needed in short order. I would certainly hire them again.

Courtesy Electric re-wired our large 1940's house to bring it up to current codes, and we could not be more satisfied with their work. After experience very shoddy work by two other electric companies, I found Courtesy Electric and I will never hire any other company, but Courtesy Electric. They are highly professional and completed the re-wiring to the standards that I had hoped would be the result. Previous work that Courtesy Electric provided us was to undo the work of another electric company that had incorrectly wired some of our breakers. I highly recommend Courtesy Electric for any electrical work.

I called Brad and he was at my door within an hour to give me an estimate. He had my permit the next morning. The crew arrived promptly and completed the job the same day, as promised. They were all thorough seasoned professionals and went above and beyond without charge. They provided safe, clean quality work and the price was great, not just reasonable. The whole experience went smoothly. I was pleasantly surprised and I highly recommend using this company.

Done with no problems. The second one was delayed because Brad was out of town and didn't return when expected. The missed appointment may have been beyond his control and the result a communication problem between him and his assistant. Because of the delay, he did not charge me for the second install.

had a technician there within a few hours even though I called on a Friday afternoon. I had a wiring issue and was afraid to let it go until Monday. Brad fixed it in minutes and didn't charge me. I recently had chemo and he felt like the previous electrician took advantage of me. I will definitely use his company moving forward

The new lighting was installed quickly with a minimum of inconvenience to our residents. The lights look great and do an excellent job of lighting the entire area while remaining unobtrusive. We have already contracted Brad for an additional lighting project based on his performance.
