I left the conversation with a better understanding of the initial inspection process and thoroughly impressed with the overall customer service of everyone I came into contact with at Alpha. From the sales team, field techs and management, my customer service experience was top notch. It's obvious to me that customer service and satisfaction is at the top of their priority list and it resonates througout the organization. Although I experienced a very minor issue with the initial diagnosis of the problems my property was having, I wouldn't hesitate to hire them again in the future and would recommend them to friends and family."

"Cory Schechter (Sales Manager) came to our home to give us options on how to best fix our fading Eurotile around our pool. He really put himself in our shoes and suggested what was best for us. Didn't try to upsell us on anything, just gave his advice, which was to do some things ourselves which would save us thousands of dollars. Very refreshing to know guys like Cory are out there who are truly looking out for the customer. I would recommend them in a heartbeat!"

I was redoing my entire house after I bought it and eagle concrete by far was the best vendor I had. My driveway was the last thing I did to my house. "We needed some landscaping done after finishing some outdoor plumbing problems. I contacted several Landscaping Designers and contracted with Pristine Landscapers to complete the job. I have never been so satisfied with a company doing work for me. Sue came to look at the area and was fantastic in our first discussion. She not only talked with us concerning the area and possibilities but listened to our concerns and desires. That first day she spent quite a bit of time with us. The discussion was very positive and the communication was excellent. She sent us a proposal and followed up with a telephone call to talk about any concerns or changes we might want. Sue was in contact with us regularly prior to the scheduled project start time. Then the BIG day came. She and her crew came on time and started the project. I have worked with many people over my 81 years and I have to say Sue really impressed me along with her crew. They were very nice and all communicated with us extremely well. Sue told us that the project would take 2 days and that is exactly what it took. As we started our project it became apparent that we needed some sprinkler work completed and Sue was able to put us in touch with someone who came immediately and completed the work. She knew the right professional to do the job. Pristine Landscapes is a wonderful top of the line Design company. Everything that was promised was fulfilled and in the most professional manner. We love our backyard. It looks elegant, spacious, and speaks of the professional designing they accomplished. The cost matched the value. Any one who needs landscape designing should contact them because they are the BEST."

"They got Stuart Bryson as a Partner on the Pool Business. Stuart is knowed to do not pay the people that he hires for doing the job. We have done a job in 2016 for him and after long time trying to get paid he got a court decision, of which he still not following. when we were working he metioned that we had to complete the job on his timeframe as we were working for him and not for the homeowner but when the time to get paid came, he said that he did not received from the homeowner so he would not pay. We are in 2022 and he still owns me from that job, he is changing his business name from time to time and still doing that with the subcontracted team that he hires! So many good people to deal with, so don`t do like me, find a nice company to work with. I can asure that the probability to have probems with him is high!! Any company that does not have Stuart as a partner is already a better begining!!"

"Extremely Terrible! Workers are supper slow, many smoke breaks, concrete cracks after 2months and the boss yell out racial slurs at any given time "

"Needed new terrace. They took up tile evened everything off and painted. They were on time, courteous and very clean. I would definitely recommend them."

"Robert is very personable and has many years of experience. Robert lifted all the pavers around my pool and replaced them with beautiful marble. He also replaced the tiles on my front walk with marble. He also retiled and put in gorgeous diamond brite in my pool. He also put a new skimmer in my pool. His next project is to put marble pavers and n my driveway. Robert's crews were timely and worked very hard. My home received a top level facelift."
